High quality design made to withstand rigorous applications found in industrial markets. Tri-CoupleT" design available in 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3", 4", 6" sizes. Hose shanks especially designed for easy assembly with TigerflexTM type hoses. Kuriyama offers two 8" coupling styles in aluminum.* Aluminum alloy specially designed for high tensile strength and impact resistance. Supplied with forged brass handles which results in less wear on connecting parts. 8" & 10" sizes supplied with four brass handles.
Aluminum
Aluminum is a lightweight metal with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. At the same time, aluminum is more cost-effective than stainless steel or brass, so it is a good alternative for general industrial applications. This combination of strength of material and cost-effectiveness makes it the most popular camlock material.
